Hero Intelligence Empowers Nuclear Power Giant with Intelligent Upgrade of Its Parts Warehouse.

The project adopts automated three-dimensional warehouse and RFID technology to streamline the operation process, improve business efficiency, and lead the warehouse business to automation, mobility and self-service direction of transformation, which greatly improves the warehouse information management level.

The project innovatively applies the high-density three-dimensional dynamic storage mode, and makes full use of the vertical space of the warehouse by adopting the high-level double-deep aisle layout, which saves floor space, improves the utilization rate of the storage capacity, and effectively revitalizes the storage space.
2. Introduction of advanced intelligent equipment
The project is equipped with stacker cranes, AGVs, RGVs and other intelligent equipment, realizing the whole process of automated handling of nuclear power spare parts and significantly reducing the risk of special operations.
3.One-stop automatic access service
Combined with the business requirements of nuclear power warehouse management, the project provides one-stop automated access service for nuclear power spare parts, which provides great convenience for the management and use of nuclear power spare parts.
4.Integrated RFID technology
By integrating RFID hardware and software technology, the project realizes automatic reading of nuclear spare parts receiving, dispatching, transferring, inventorying and storing information, reduces the human error rate by 80% year-on-year, and significantly improves the accuracy and timeliness of information.
