HERO Intelligence cooperates with Wuxi Wision to build automatic warehousing system and promote the intelligent upgrading of its warehousing and logistics!
Wuxi Wision is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shangpinzhaipei Group, belonging to the sixth high-tech production base of Wision Group, which is an important strategic plan made by Wision Group after its listing in order to base on the domestic market, lead the industrial upgrading, and look at the global vision to create one-stop service system for home furnishing products. Wuxi Wision focuses on customized design, production and sales of panel furniture, and has achieved an annual production capacity of 1.5 million sets of customized furniture through the Industry 4.0 intelligent factory project.
Wuxi Wision joins hands with HERO Intelligence to build an automatic storage system, which mainly serves for the storage and distribution of materials and hardware products of the first phase of Wision's six factories. The project covers an area of 2,800 square meters, with 5 lanes, 3,200 cargo spaces, and the total length of intelligent conveying line is 880m. Intelligent equipments such as stacker cranes, shuttle cars and conveyors are introduced to realize the automation of the materials from entering to leaving the warehouse.
4. WMS is seamlessly connected with Wision computer system, supporting the mixed management mode of three-dimensional warehouse and flat warehouse, which improves the flexibility and adaptability of warehouse management.
