Integrated Management + Automated Operations: HERO Intelligent Tailors a Unified Smart Logistics Solution for “Warehousing-Logistics-Sorting” for a Food Enterprise!
To address these challenges, HERO Intelligent designed a customized integrated smart upgrade solution encompassing “warehousing-logistics-sorting.” The project consolidated raw material and finished goods warehouses into a unified automated logistics network: RGV carts and automated conveyor lines work in tandem to precisely store diverse raw materials, which are then distributed to four production workshops via overhead conveyors. Finished goods are transported to the high-bay warehouse for storage via overhead conveyors and elevators.

The outbound process adopts a layered operation model of “ground-floor bulk pallet dispatch + second-floor precision sorting” to enhance order processing flexibility: bulk pallet shipments are dispatched directly from the ground floor; the second-floor sorting zone is equipped with ring-through RGVs, automated sorting manipulators, automatic case openers, and packaging machines. This setup enables automatic sorting, categorization, and packaging of goods destined for multiple locations based on order information. Picked finished goods are transferred to the first-floor outbound area via a rotating cross-level conveyor.

1. Centralized management of raw materials and finished goods enables unmanned warehouse operations and digitalized control.
2. Collaborative use of intelligent equipment—including ring-through RGVs, robotic arms, and conveyors—achieves automated upgrades in unboxing, sorting, and packaging, significantly boosting operational efficiency.
3. Establishing an integrated “system integration + equipment coordination” framework that consolidates multi-workshop logistics and central warehouse resources. This optimizes material flow paths, minimizes cross-workshop handover points, and substantially improves logistics efficiency and operational stability.
