HERO Intelligent tailors automated workshop logistics and line-side warehouses for feed companies, addressing the three core pain points in their warehousing and logistics operations!
The project encompasses six segmented warehouses, with a planned capacity of 11,000 storage bins, compatible with 25kg standard Euro containers. Hardware configurations include robotic palletizing and depalletizing systems, backpack-style AGVs, and a fully automated cleaning line. Both shelving and racks are constructed from stainless steel, specifically designed to withstand the workshop’s corrosive gas environment and meet cleanliness requirements.

1. Fully Automated Closed-Loop Process: Achieves automation across all stages—from material production, inspection, and receiving to cleaning—without manual intervention, significantly reducing labor costs and operational errors while enhancing operational stability.

2. Corrosion-Resistant Custom Design: Shelving and racks are constructed from stainless steel, capable of withstanding corrosive gases, and are easy to clean and maintain, meeting on-site conditions and regulatory standards.

3. Seamless System Integration and Global Collaboration: Deep integration with the client’s MES/ERP systems, leveraging international collaboration experience to enable real-time inventory visualization and coordinated production scheduling.

4. High-Efficiency Conveying and Sorting Capabilities: Robots feature a dual-bin synchronous pick-and-place design with a throughput of 360 bins per hour. Combined with AGVs and conveyor lines working in tandem, this significantly improves material flow efficiency.
