The automatic warehousing system project jointly built by Wision Furniture and HERO Intelligence is located in Wision Furniture's five branch factories, which is the pilot demonstration project of intelligent manufacturing of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and is also the second fully automated logistics center of Shangpin Home Collection with an annual output value of 6 billion yuan, and a daily average of 14,000 orders (7,000 orders for each of the incoming and outgoing orders). The project realizes the automatic conveyance of finished products from three workshops to the logistics center, and the automatic discharge of shipment loading, thus significantly improving the efficiency of logistics turnover.

2. the project deploys 24 sets of stacker cranes, 10 sets of elevators, 6 sets of RGV trolleys and other intelligent logistics equipment, realizing the rapid flow and automatic storage of finished products, improving the operational efficiency and logistics turnover efficiency, and effectively reducing the cost of manpower.

3. The project builds an intelligent logistics conveying network with a total conveying length of more than 6100m, 1410 conveyors and 12 telescopic belt conveyors working together to support the synchronized flow of multiple categories and orders, and 24-hour uninterrupted operation to ensure stable delivery of orders during peak periods.
