In order to solve the problems of serious waste of resources and untimely and inaccurate distribution operations in warehouse management, an aerospace manufacturing enterprise joins hands with HERO Intelligence to build an intelligent cold storage system with a low temperature of -28℃, which is mainly used for storing special materials for aircraft manufacturing.
According to the characteristics of the materials, HERO Intelligence customized the integrated solution of “stacker crane system + transition trolley + conveyor system + high-level three-dimensional shelves” for an aerospace manufacturer, which realizes the automated operation of the special materials from warehousing, storing to discharging, and the efficiency of the warehousing operation has been significantly improved.
