HERO Intelligence deeply understood Accelink's production operation needs and customized an automated storage and logistics center, a critical component of the intelligent manufacturing model. This large-scale and well-equipped facility features 18 aisles with 25,000 storage locations, equipped with 18 stacker cranes, 600+ conveyors, an empty pallet buffering system, and a robotic palletizing system. From raw material receipt to strict inspection, accurate warehousing, timely distribution, efficient picking, and rapid shipment, the center achieves fully automated logistics turnover for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products, significantly enhancing material handling efficiency and overall productivity.
5.Seamless system integration between WMS, SAP-ERP, SRM, A-MES, and RFS eliminates information silos, enabling real-time material tracking for decision-making.
