HERO Intelligent Empowers Quanzhou Shared Group to Build Sand Core and Sand Mold Vertical Storage Systems, Achieving Intelligent Upgrades in Warehousing and Logistics!
The National Intelligent Casting Industry Innovation Center (Quanzhou) serves as a vital component of the National Intelligent Casting Industry Innovation Center. It functions as a smart factory for rapid manufacturing of high-end components based on 3D printing, an industrial internet operations center, and an inspection and testing center. The facility provides sand mold 3D printing, rapid casting, and intelligent casting system solutions.
This marks the fourth automated warehouse project jointly developed by HERO Intelligent and the Shared Group. It comprises one sand core warehouse (1,300 kg capacity) and one casting sand box warehouse (3,500 kg capacity), designed to fulfill process requirements including automated storage of 3D-printed sand cores, automated box assembly upon retrieval, and automated storage of casting sand boxes.
4. Seamless integration with MES enables real-time data updates and feedback, providing data-driven support for enterprise decision-making.
