A Japanese-funded plastic raw material enterprise stands as a leader in Japan's cutting-edge materials sector, with core businesses spanning fiber textiles, high-performance chemicals, carbon fiber composites, environmental engineering, and life sciences. The company operates 38 affiliated entities in China with total investments reaching RMB 20.7 billion and nearly 10,000 employees. Its Foshan production base specializes in R&D, manufacturing, and sales of plastic raw materials and water treatment membrane products.

Project Challenges:
1. Large storage volumes for raw materials and finished goods; traditional flat storage occupies extensive space with high land costs.
2. Frequent delivery of raw materials to workshops; high labor costs and extended delivery times for manual transportation.
3. Manual operations dominate finished goods warehousing, resulting in low operational efficiency.
4. Low digitalization prevents timely and effective reflection of production and inventory status, depriving management decisions of scientific data support.
