Dual use in one warehouse! HERO Intelligence customizes double-layer vertical warehouses for State Grid, solving the problems of ground load-bearing and storage
The original storage mode of a national power grid accessory warehouse is no longer suitable for the refined and efficient storage management needs of the power grid. HERO Intelligent has planned a targeted double-layer automated three-dimensional warehouse project to accurately solve storage pain points, reduce costs and increase efficiency, and empower the storage of power grid accessories.
Project pain points:
1. Traditional flat warehouse combined with manual forklift operation has low efficiency and high cost
2. Information management lags behind and relies on manual input, which is prone to errors
Project scale:
On the first floor of the project hardware, 5 single depth stacker cranes are equipped with RGV conveyor lines, and on the second floor, intelligent storage equipment for four-way pallet trucks is configured; The software is equipped with a dedicated WMS warehouse management system, which connects the internal management platform of the group and achieves integrated software and hardware collaboration.

2. The second floor adopts a four-way pallet truck flexible storage solution, which adapts to the load-bearing limit of the floor slab, flexibly plans the storage space, fully excavates the warehouse storage space, and greatly improves the utilization rate of storage capacity.
3. The WMS system is integrated with the existing platform of State Grid, enabling intelligent unified scheduling of equipment, real-time retention of accessory flow information, clear data throughout the entire lifecycle of materials, and full traceability and query capabilities.
