Project scale:

As a newly constructed intelligent warehousing and logistics project, Hangrui Intelligent combines the characteristics of customized home industry products such as large size and multiple specifications for overall planning and design.

The project adopts four 32 meter ultra-high double depth stacker cranes and plans 6661 intelligent cargo positions, which can meet the high-density storage needs of 1000kg to 1500kg heavy-duty goods. Simultaneously equipped with a three-layer steel platform at the warehouse end, over 220 conveyor devices, 2 dual station RGVs, and 4 four section telescopic belt conveyors, to achieve automatic warehousing, intelligent storage, precise handling, and rapid outbound of goods, and to build an efficient and stable intelligent warehousing logistics system.

2. Ultra high three-dimensional storage, unleashing the value of space utilization

Adopting a 32 meter ultra-high three-dimensional warehouse design, fully utilizing vertical space resources, significantly increasing storage capacity, achieving high-density storage of large products, and effectively solving problems such as large footprint and insufficient storage space in the custom home industry.

3. Multi device collaborative linkage to improve logistics operation efficiency
Through stacker cranes RGV、 Automated equipment such as conveyors work together to achieve automatic storage, intelligent storage, precise handling, and rapid outbound of goods, reducing manual handling and improving the overall operational efficiency of warehousing and logistics.

4. Integration of software and hardware to achieve intelligent management
The project integrates WMS system and WCS system to achieve intelligent allocation of warehouse tasks, unified scheduling of equipment, and real-time monitoring of operation processes, improving the digitalization level of warehouse management and realizing visual and intelligent management of the entire logistics process.
