The automatic warehousing system undertaken by HERO this time is mainly used for the storage and distribution of integrated materials and hardware products in the first phase of the sixth factory. Project scale: 5 alleys, 3200 storage spaces, cargo units: 1300 * 2500 * 1225/850mm, using 5 stacking cranes of 20.8 meters, 2 shuttle cars, and more than 230 various conveyors for inbound and outbound operations. The entire warehouse management system (WMS) achieves seamless integration with the WISION computer system, while also compatible with flat warehouse management. The entire project was officially put into use in December 2019.
