The National Intelligent Casting Industry Innovation (Quanzhou) Center is an important part of the National Intelligent Casting Industry Innovation Center. Quanzhou Center provides solutions for sand mold 3D printing, rapid casting and intelligent casting systems based on 3D printing high-end parts rapid manufacturing intelligent factory, industrial Internet operation center, inspection and testing center, etc.

This project is the fourth automatic warehouse project jointly built by HERO and KOCEL Group. The project includes a sand core vertical warehouse with a load capacity of 1300kg and a casting sand box warehouse with a load capacity of 3500kg. Through this project, the process requirements of automatic storage of 3D printed sand cores, automatic consolidation of outbound sand boxes, and automatic storage of casting sand boxes can be achieved.

Project features
① Achieve a positioning requirement of+/-1.5mm for large sand core boxes through high-precision positioning mechanisms;
② The casting sand box vertical warehouse is in a fully enclosed environment with a working temperature of 60℃;
③ By using RGV for the transportation of accessories in and out of the warehouse, the investment in transportation equipment has been reduced, and the cost-effectiveness has been improved;
④ Seamless integration with MES, real-time updating and feedback of relevant data, providing relevant support for enterprise decision-making.
