TEEHOME Group is a spatial material solution provider that integrates research and development, production, and sales of formaldehyde free furniture panels, melamine decorative panels, and home supporting materials. This project is the second collaboration between the two parties after the automated paper warehouse. This automated intelligent warehouse is mainly used to store customized furniture plate products and meet the storage needs of customers. The project has a total height of 21.5 meters and adopts a double depth roadway with a total of 4312 locations. All locations are compatible with 48 and 49 foot plates and can carry up to 2000KG. The equipment used includes a double depth stacker crane, RGV trolley, roller conveyor, etc.

Project features
① Adopting a double depth form, with a total rack height of 21.5 meters and a total aisle length of 120 meters, to meet the storage needs of customers;
② Reserve the entrance and exit of the second floor workshop for easy expansion;
③ Seamless integration with ERP, real-time updating and feedback of relevant data.
