As the fastest growing star enterprise in China's commercial vehicle industry, Xuzhou Xugong Automobile has established seven product platforms including traction, cargo transportation, self dumping, new energy, off highway, concrete, and crane. Its product line covers three major power types: fuel, gas, and electric. By collaborating with HERO on a automatic warehousing and transportation system, we meet the storage needs of 8100 types of components, as well as the automated warehousing, receiving, shipping, picking, and inventory needs of components, achieving a "three in one" enterprise operation and management model of digitalization, informatization, and intelligence. 

Project features
① The project has planned 2 double deep pallet storage warehouses and 2 double deep material box storage warehouses, with a height of 16M, to meet the storage requirements of customers for different specifications of accessories to the maximum extent and increase inventory capacity;
② Two RGVs are used for conveying accessories in and out of the warehouse, reducing the investment in conveying equipment and improving cost-effectiveness;
③ Implementing the picking method of goods to people, improving the accuracy of picking and reducing the labor intensity of workers;
④ Seamless integration with ERP, real-time updating and feedback of relevant data.
