Camel Power Malaysia Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Camel Group, is a comprehensive high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales, and recycling of advanced batteries. Its production scope covers a full range of batteries for automobiles, trucks, buses, and agricultural equipment. In addition to supplying Malaysia, these products also radiate to other neighboring countries and regions, making it strategically significant.

Hero Intelligence has undertaken the smart warehousing project for Camel Power Malaysia Co., Ltd., significantly enhancing the space utilization rate and operational efficiency of the warehouse. The project comprises three automated high-rise warehouses and one flat shelf warehouse. The three high-rise warehouses are designated for finished/semi-finished products, raw materials/plastics, and small raw materials respectively. The high-rise warehouses stand at 9.6 meters tall, with over 8,000 pallet positions, each pallet unit measuring 1.2m1.2m1.76m or 1.1m1.3m1.6m. The bin warehouse boasts over 7,000 bin positions, with each bin unit measuring 600mm400mm280mm.

The project deploys a comprehensive suite of equipment, including one factory forklift dispatching system, eight shuttle stackers, two mini-load stackers, two RGVs (Rail Guided Vehicles) with a single track for two vehicles, a batch of conveyors, steel pallets, plastic pallets, and bins.
