Jiangsu Jiashijia New Materials Group Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest manufacturers in China to introduce German made panel veneer decorative material production lines. With nearly 20 years of production experience, it provides customers with a comprehensive paper-based surface treatment solution service provider that integrates product design and development, printing, impregnation, and functional product customization. It mainly serves well-known home furnishing manufacturers such as Wision, Suofeiya, Europa, and Holike. It is one of the largest domestic enterprises in the manufacturing and processing of decorative materials.

The project between HERO and Jiashijia is used for the automatic storage system of printing plate rollers. The project was put into use in June 2021, with two double deep level tunnels planned and a racks height of 20M.

Project features
① Adopting bracket racks to achieve high-level storage of cylindrical materials;
② Adopt an RFID information management system to automatically read the in/out information of the plate roller;
③ Through the cooperation of two dual station RGVs and the rack manipulator, the automatic in/out operation of the plate rollers is achieved;
④ Seamless integration with ERP, real-time updating and feedback of relevant data.
