Wuhan Accelink is a leading global manufacturer of optoelectronic devices and the only high-tech enterprise in China with the ability to conduct systematic and strategic research and development of optoelectronic devices. In 2018, our company jointly applied with Accelink for the "New Model of Intelligent Manufacturing of Core Optoelectronic Chips and Devices for 5G Communication". The new model builds an intelligent manufacturing workshop for core optoelectronic devices, creating an end-to-end intelligent manufacturing model for optoelectronic devices. It solves the industry pain points of fast product upgrades, short technology iteration cycles, and sudden massive demand for core optoelectronic chips and devices for 5G communication, and achieves rapid response to customer needs.

This project is one of the key components of the new model. This project has a total of 18 tunnels and 25000 locations, using 18 stacker cranes, over 600 various types of conveyors, 1 set of empty container buffer system, and 1 set of robotic disassembly and palletizing system. Through the implementation of this project, Accelink has achieved functions such as automatic storage of raw materials, automatic sorting and distribution of raw materials, automatic storage and distribution of semi-finished products, and automatic storage and sorting of finished products, greatly improving work efficiency and accuracy, and greatly reducing labor costs.
