GDXL was established in 1993. Since its establishment, GDXL has been dedicated to the design of PET bottle shapes, preforms, and caps, as well as the research and manufacturing of corresponding molds. This project is located in the Xinglian New Site Industrial Park, in the center of the building. It consists of two automatic warehouses on the first and third floors, which are connected into a whole system through lifts. The first and third floors are surrounded by precision machining workshop areas, and the second and fourth floors are surrounded by office areas. Each three-dimensional warehouse runs through two floors, and the materials in the three-dimensional warehouse can be picked and distributed in the first floor picking and distribution area, and then sent to various workstations in the workshop through AGV.

This project includes 6 silent stacker cranes with a height of 9 meters, 3800 locations, unit load of 1.2 meters x 0.8 meters x 1.2 meters, 1 hoist, 2 RGVs, 35 conveyors, 1 set of small item picking and ordering system, 2 elevators warehouse, and 8 AGVs.
