To address these challenges, HERO Intelligent designed a customized integrated smart warehouse for raw materials and finished products, precisely matching the storage and transfer needs of the three production workshops. The project features nearly 20,000 storage bins, including 5,024 bins for raw materials (accommodating 1.2-ton bulk bags) and 14,976 bins for finished products (accommodating 530-kg finished goods), enabling standardized, zoned storage of raw materials and finished products.
