9-Ton Heavy-Duty High-Temperature Resistance! Hangrui Intelligent Sand Core Automated Warehouse Project Real-World Case Study

Project Overview:
In line with the trend of lean production and upgrading in the foundry industry, HERO Intelligent collaborated with a foundry enterprise to build an automated storage and buffer conveying heavy-duty three-dimensional warehouse for sand cores. The project integrates the entire process of sand core storage and transportation, achieving seamless workflow connections and completely breaking through traditional logistics efficiency bottlenecks.

The hardware is equipped with a complete set of intelligent devices, including stackers, RGVs, and conveyors, while the software includes a WMS warehouse management system and a WCS warehouse control system. Through deep integration of hardware and software, an integrated intelligent operation system is established.

Project Highlights:
1.RGV automated transport significantly reduces costs and enhances efficiency
By adopting RGVs instead of traditional forklifts, the system achieves automated sand core transfer and high-speed circulation. This not only reduces the investment in conveying equipment but also eliminates process waiting through precise scheduling, significantly enhancing the cost-effectiveness of the solution.

2.WMS + WCS dual system, real-time data visualization

Integrate inventory data with the equipment execution layer to update and feedback warehouse dynamics in real time. Achieve intelligent resource allocation and optimal path planning, ensuring precise and efficient material management.

3.9000kg-grade ultra-heavy load, hardcore bearing capacity
The single pallet can bear a load of up to 9,000 kg, surpassing the conventional weight limit of vertical warehouses, and is perfectly suited for oversized sand cores.

4.Withstand 60°C high temperatures, fear no harsh working conditions
The equipment can operate stably at high temperatures up to 60°C for extended periods, addressing the common issue of conventional devices struggling to withstand high temperatures
