Jiangsu Jasjia New Material Group Co., Ltd. is a full-industry-chain enterprise group integrating the design chain and supply chain of new decorative materials. Its business scope covers the research and development of nanomaterials, the processing and sales of negative ion formaldehyde-removing paper, as well as the manufacturing and processing of laminated flooring, steel flooring, decorative paper, fire-retardant boards, furniture, wood products, metal stampings, lighting fixtures, and glass products. In order to further enhance production efficiency and warehouse management capabilities, Jasjia collaborated with Hero Intelligence to launch the automatic storage system project for printing rollers in 2021.

This project aims to achieve automatic entry and exit of rollers and enhance warehouse management efficiency through the introduction of advanced automated warehousing technology. The first phase of the project is planned to include two double-deep aisles, with shelves reaching up to 20m in height. The rollers are sized at D446mmxL1965mm and weigh 400kg, and the entire three-dimensional warehouse can store 3,248 rollers. The RFID information management system is employed, complemented by two double-station RGVs and a gantry robot. These automated devices can swiftly and accurately complete the automatic handling of rollers according to preset instructions. The successful launch of this automatic storage system project for printing rollers marks a significant step forward for Jasjia in the field of warehouse management.
