PART-01 Project Overview

A solar photovoltaic equipment enterprise is a listed company on the main board that specializes in the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of solar photovoltaic cell equipment. With the continuous expansion of the enterprise's scale, the demand for raw material storage and distribution has increased significantly, making the traditional warehousing management model unable to meet the rapidly growing needs of the company. Therefore, the enterprise has partnered with Hangrui Intelligence to build an intelligent logistics system, aiming to achieve intelligent warehousing logistics, improve warehousing and operational efficiency, and reduce operational costs.

PART-02 Project Highlights

Highlight 1: Combination of Bin Storage and Pallet Racking, along with a mix of high and low storage locations, conserves floor space and enhances space utilization.



Highlight 2: Integration of single-deep and double-deep aisle configurations, complemented by the use of both single and double-position stacker cranes, boosts storage efficiency and reduces storage and transportation costs.



Highlight 3: Adoption of an unmanned AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) system for workshop distribution, seamlessly integrated with the warehouse, enhances distribution efficiency and reduces labor costs.


Highlight 4: The intelligent warehousing system provides unified management of various smart devices, seamlessly interfacing with the enterprise's SAP system. It updates and feeds back relevant data in real-time, achieving transparent visualization of business flows, information flows, and logistics, thereby supporting enterprise decision-making.
