Teehome Group is a comprehensive provider of spatial material solutions, specializing in the research, production, and sales of formaldehyde-free furniture boards, melamine decorative panels, and complementary home furnishing materials.
This automated intelligent high-rise warehouse project marks another profound collaboration between Teehome Group and Hero Intelligence, following their successful automation of the paper warehouse. Primarily designed to store customized furniture board products, it addresses Teehome Group's escalating storage demands.
The project boasts a total height of 21.5 meters, employing a double-deep aisle layout with a total of 4,312 storage locations. All positions are compatible with 48-inch and 49-inch boards, each capable of bearing up to 2,000KG, fully accommodating the storage requirements of diverse furniture boards. In terms of equipment, the project incorporates advanced automation devices such as double-deep stackers, RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle) carts, and roller conveyors, enabling a seamless automated process from inventory entry to exit.
Project Features
Double-Deep Aisle Design: The automated intelligent high-rise warehouse adopts a double-deep aisle configuration, with shelves reaching a total height of 21.5 meters and aisles spanning 120 meters in length. By maximizing the vertical space and optimizing aisle layout, it enhances storage capacity, effectively meeting customers' storage needs.
Scalability and Flexibility: The warehouse is designed with reserved entry and exit points for the second-floor workshop, incorporating appropriate redundancy to cater to future expansion requirements. The warehousing system can be flexibly adjusted according to changing demands.
Seamless Integration with ERP: Seamlessly integrated with ERP systems, the warehouse ensures real-time updates and feedback of relevant data. This enables business managers to grasp inventory dynamics accurately, make more precise decisions, and provide robust support for the enterprise's digital transformation journey.
