Pharmaceutical Industry Case: Hangrui Intelligence Tailors Smart Warehouse and Logistics Systems for Pharmaceutical Enterprises, Facilitating Their Intelligent Upgrades!
HERO Intelligence focuses on the high-standard warehousing demands of the pharmaceutical industry, providing customized intelligent warehousing and logistics systems for leading pharmaceutical enterprises. This enables comprehensive digital and intelligent upgrades across production, warehousing, and logistics, supporting the construction of modern production bases.
Project Pain Points:
1. The traditional manual warehousing model relies on storage with partitioned shelves, resulting in insufficient storage capacity, low space utilization, and difficulty in meeting large-scale production demands.
2. The diverse categories of medicinal materials and complex batch management make manual records unreliable for accurate traceability, failing to meet the compliance requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
3. Manual handling and picking are inefficient, with high risks of misdelivery and omission, making it difficult to support the production logistics pace after a doubling of capacity.
The project is equipped with multiple sets of automated warehousing systems, featuring six stacker cranes with a height of 22 meters and a load capacity of 1,000 kg, along with approximately 10,000 storage locations in the racking system. Additionally, it includes six sets of RGVs, 80 sets of conveyor lines, and auxiliary equipment. Through the integration of WMS and WCS systems, the project achieves coordinated equipment scheduling, establishing an efficient and intelligent warehousing and logistics system.
Project Highlights:
1. Dual Enhancement of Space and Efficiency:
The high-level three-dimensional warehouse design increases vertical space utilization to over 97%, achieving three times the storage capacity of traditional warehouses and significantly improving space efficiency.
2. Full-process Intelligent Management and Control:
3. Dual Assurance of Compliance and Quality:
Connect with the drug traceability system to establish a unique identity for each batch of materials, enabling full-process tracking. The system intelligently manages expiration dates, automatically prioritizing batches nearing expiration to ensure drug quality and safety.
4. Production Full-Chain Collaboration:
The intelligent warehousing system seamlessly integrates with the AGV logistics system in the pre-processing, extraction, and formulation workshops. Combined with digital twins, it enables equipment monitoring, operational analysis, and intelligent decision-making, significantly shortening the production cycle.
